The Terrace. Le Terrazze sul Mare Ustica Studio Apartments, has on the first floor, on a long panoramic balcony, studios for 2 – 3 and 4 people, equipped with all comforts and private bathroom. Upstairs a panoramic terrace, consisting of living area, relax area and solarium with a small above ground pool 6×4 meters. We offer free Wi-Fi, free transfer service to and from the port, scooter and boat rental info. Le Terrazze, open all year round, due to its position is suitable for all those who want to spend a quiet and comfortable holiday, in a serene, welcoming and familiar atmosphere.

Le Terrazze sul Mare is located in one of the most suggestive and strategic positions of Ustica, 100 meters from the central Piazza Umberto I, the nerve center of the island, and 200 meters from the main port, in an elevated position from which to enjoy a splendid panoramic view on the town, on Santa Maria cove and on the fishermen’s village of the Mezzaluna. On the terrace the ideal situation for Smart Working, work in full efficiency thanks to the free WiFi, and enjoy the panorama and the tranquility of the island. Ideal solution for divers given its proximity to most diving centers, macaw recharging, boats and rafts, and the port. Collaborations with diving centers for your splendid dives into the Ustica Island Protected Marine Area.

The Terrace’s free amenities, such as the swimming pool, umbrellas, sun loungers, tables, chairs, benches, barbecue, etc., are always available to our guests. The pool is open from May 30th to September 30th, while the panoramic terrace is always open to enjoy the splendid view of the port and the town.
