Struttura strepitosa con incredibile vista. Le foto dalla terrazza sembrano una cartolina. La terrazza è curata nei minimi dettagli, ed è fornita di tavoli, sdraio e piccola piscina con doccia. Le stanze sono molto spaziose, accessoriate persino di macchinetta del caffè e con meravigliosa vista mare. Personale gentilissimo. E' la seconda volta che scelgo questo alloggio e posso confermare che lo farò di nuovo. Piccolo advice: prendete una pizza da asporto ed una birra e andate in terrazza la sera. Quel silenzio e le luci di Ustica vi incanteranno. Promesso
Ovviamente l'isola partecipa a rendere tutto più bello e suggestivo. Ma poi il tutto viene completato da una location bella ed accogliente, una padrona di casa che ti coccola dal tuo arrivo fino alla fine, dandoti consigli e suggerimenti per un soggiorno al top, che dire, di più non si può desiderare! Abbiamo trovato il posto eccezionalmente curato e bello. La camera era pulita, dotata di ogni confort e posizionata in maniera da avere una veduta impagabile. L'intera struttura risponde a questa descrizione. Gli host sono stati sempre disponibili, gentili e presenti per ogni necessità, dubbio o semplice e cortese delicatezza.
Soggiorno meraviglioso presso la struttura, dotata di tutti i comfort e servizi adatti; ottima pulizia e punto strategico a due passi dal porto e dalla piazza principale. La signora Carmen è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima a soddisfare le richieste dei visitatori, offrendoci il massimo per il nostro soggiorno, torneremo sicuramente!
Carmen ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die immer behilflich ist und super Tips gibt. Liebe Carmen danke für deine liebenswerte Art.wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ustika ist ein Reise wert .ideal zum relaxen ,entspannen , die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Meer ist ein Traum,ideal zum schwimmen und schnorcheln. Mit einem Scooter ist die Insel gut zu umrunden! Auch der Weg der Küste entlang ist traumhaft schön. Unser Highlight war mit dem Boot zu den Grotten mit Badestopps zu fahren .
La ubicación es excelente, tanto desde la habitación como desde la terraza común se divisa todo el puerto de Ustica y el mar. Es espectacular. Además estas a dos pasos del centro, donde puedes ir a comprar, y a los varios restaurantes y bares que hay.
La anfitriona, Carmen, es un encanto. Desde que llegamos estuvo atenta en todo y nos ayudó a organizarnos con las reservas de la moto de alquiler y la excursión a las grutas. Nos explicó con detalle todos los rincones de la isla.
El alojamiento tiene pocas habitaciones, con lo que podrás disfrutar de las zonas comunes con tranquilidad, y nos sentimos como en casa.
Sin duda, volveremos.

Wir sind vom sehr freundlich Besitzer am Hafen abgeholt worden. Der Empfang bei Carmen im Hotel war sehr herzlich. Sie hat uns einige gute Tipps gegeben. Der Aufenthalt war grandios. Das Studio mit Blick zum Meer war sehr schön und sauber es bietet alles was man braucht. Die grosse Sonnenterasse mit Blick zum Meer hat alles übertroffen.
Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Beeindruckender Blick über die Bucht Nah zum Hafen, zum Ortsker und zum Wanderweg. Angenehme Dachterrasse mit guten Sonnenliegen. Frisches Farbkonzept. Angenehme Betten. Schönes und sehr sauberes Badezimmer.

Fantastica la possibilità di essere presi direttamente al porto senza dover fare la salita a piedi con i bagagli La stuttura è tenuta benissimo, la stanza era praticamente nuova, e la posizione eccezionale, ad un minuto dalla piazza del paese e con vista spettacolare sul porticciolo
Soggiorno perfetto alle Terrazze sul Mare: la signora Carmen è stata molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze e alle nostre domande, dandoci tanti consigli sul posto e accogliendoci con la sua gentilezza. L'appartamento era confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiornare anche per più notti, la posizione fantastica a due passi dal porto e dal centro. La struttura è molto bella, con un grande terrazzo dotato di piscina e una vista spettacolare sul porto, ideale per rilassarsi quando non si va al mare. Consigliatissimo!
Carmen is a fantastic host, she goes out of her way to be helpful providing lots of information with flexibility around check in / out times if she is able to do this if the room is available. Great location with fantastic views just a few steps from the centre and the port
armen and Vincenzo are amazing hosts! Vincenzo was waiting for us at the port when we arrived and drove us to the residence. The residence is right above the port, and we had a beautiful view., with a terrace and table on it. It was very quiet. Carmen was so sweet and gave us lots of great tips about the island. She was always accessible for help. The room was spotless and we had everything we needed. I would love to stay there again!
Struttura con splendida vista sul porticciolo, vicinissima alla piazza principale di Ustica. Abbiamo ricevuto un’ottima accoglienza da Carmen e Vincenzo che ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni per vivere al meglio l’isola. Casetta piccola ma con tutto il necessario, letto comodo. A disposizione degli ospiti c’è una terrazza con tavolini e lettini per prendere il sole
The location of these studios is exceptional. From the roof terrace there is a beautiful view of the village and the harbour. It is a one minute walk to the central piazza with bars, restaurants and shops. The hosts are superfriendly, they pick you up at the ferry and give you a ride to the apartment. It was my second stay and not my last!
Everything! Carmen was so friendly and helpful, before and during our stay, and helped us so much when some of the ferries back to Palermo were cancelled. She kept us up to date on which ferries would still be going and helping us get tickets. The room itself was lovely too! Very well equipped and the terrace is absolutely stunning, over looking the port and the town itself, a great place to sit and have breakfast or lunch.
The best place to stay in beautiful Ustica. Everything was close. Time spent on the terrace is unforgettable. Carmen and Vincenzo are the perfect hosts. Until next time.

The terrace had amazing views and nice pool. Communication was prompt and easy. Carmen was very welcoming and Vincenzo picked us up and dropped us off to the port.

Ho alloggiato alle Terrazze insieme a un'amica per una breve gita a Ustica. La camera e la vista ci sono piaciute molto e il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi. Abbiamo potuto cucinare i nostri pasti grazie al cucinino presente in camera e potuto mangiare sulla terrazza comune e con vista sul mare. Grazie!
